Traditional Blends
Extracting the flavour and properties of natural herbal ingredients by infusing them in rice liquor is a century-old tradition in Vietnam. Sophisticated recipes, boasting a multitude of different ingredients, have long been created for both Emperors and ordinary folk alike. Grown on the vine of this tradition Son Tinh herbal blends bring together a wide diversity of natural flavours and scents that tickle every part of the palate and delight the senses.

Fruit Liquors
These sweet creations are made from the finest local fruits macerated in Son Tinh glutinuous rice liquor. In order to capture the unique flavours and scents of Vietnam’s local fruits whilst balancing annual variations in sweetness, sourness and astringency, sophisticated blending is essential. As no artificial flavours are added to the liquors only such a selective process can ensure that Son Tinh fruit liquors taste pure and natural.
Clear Spirit and Eau-de-Vie
Made by distillation from fermented rice or fruits. As these liquors are not additionally flavoured and bear only the scent of the fermented raw material they remain clear and pure, whilst their taste is subtle and authentic.
